You won't believe how easy and how yummy this simple recipe is !!! Makes 6/8 cookies. Preparation time : 5 min . Baking time 15/20 min. Easy 3 ingredients cookies: oat + banana 🍌 + chocolate chip or raisins Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl, and then mix in 1 cup of quick oats and a handful of raisins. Don't add too many raisins or the cookies will fall apart. You can add a scoop or two of protein powder to the mix too for extra protein :) Place about 16 small scoops on a greased or non-stick foiled lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on them as every oven varies). BLUEBERRY POWER SMOOTHIE Ingredients / Shopping List 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons honey Chia seeds/ ground flax seed Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller ones. Directions Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Make it more liquid by adding a bit of milk/almond milk or water if you prefer more liquid. You can also add more goodness with a tablespoon of chia seeds/ ground flax seed it also gives more texture to your smoothie!
