You won't believe how easy and how yummy this simple recipe is !!! Makes 6/8 cookies. Preparation time : 5 min  . Baking time 15/20 min. Easy 3 ingredients cookies: oat + banana  🍌  + chocolate chip or raisins  Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl, and then mix in 1 cup of quick oats and a handful of raisins. Don't add too many raisins or the cookies will fall apart. You can add a scoop or two of protein powder to the mix too for extra protein :) Place about 16 small scoops on a greased or non-stick foiled lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on them as every oven varies). BLUEBERRY POWER SMOOTHIE Ingredients / Shopping List 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons honey Chia seeds/ ground flax seed Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller ones.  Directions Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Make it more liquid by adding a bit of milk/almond milk or water if you prefer more liquid. You can also add more goodness with a tablespoon of chia seeds/ ground flax seed it also gives more texture to your smoothie! If you are going to use water instead of yogurt you could add a cup or two of protein powder for extra protein especially if your smoothie is for breakfast or post workout ;) Decorate the glass and serve straight away or serve it in a takeaway bottle on the go. Homemade mash of sweet potatoes & broccoli  (with garlic & onion) (serves 4 person) Preparation time : 20 min 200g sweet potato. 200g broccoli  cut into florets Peel the sweet potato and cut in four, put the sweet potato into a saucepan, cover with boiling water and cook for about 12 minutes until tender. Meanwhile steam the broccoli until tender (about 5 minutes) or boil it until tender Drain the sweet potato and mash together with the broccoli, knob of butter, milk, grated garlic or finely chopped (a few pieces) and finely chopped onion (one onion) and a little bit of grated cheese. Et Voila ! Did you know ? Broccoli and cauliflower both contain vitamin C. Your body needs vitamin C to maintain a range of tissues.
