Thank you for inviting me to participate to Brentford CC Heath Awareness Week with Bellyfit and The Jungle Body taster classes and Vi Challenge presentation :))))) At Aemhealthandfitness_kids, we specialise in helping children and their families create a healthier diet, exercise pattern and lifestyle. At Aem HealthandFitness, we work with parents and children to create a bespoke programme. We work with local Schools and local GP providing after school classes, workshops , special awareness events and one to one with GP referrals. We also have local holistic fitness classes for mums and the jungle body dance fitness workout for all , thai boxing classes, Vi challenge for adults with Project10kids and various other classes !
