2-ingredient Pancake This is an amazingly easy recipe, time saving, nutritious and very versatile ! They are gluten free, dairy free, no added sugar :) You won't believe it’s just eggs and bananas! It takes a minute to prep and few minutes to cook. Just remember to:  keep the pancakes small, use a thin spatula to turn over pancakes not to damage them, bake on medium heat or you might burn pancake!
