Slowing down



Slow down ...over weekend if you can slow down do less, be present, disconnect and reconnect with yourself and your family members.

Take time to cook a family meal to sit around the table and share the meal, share your week's experiences. 
Go to your local market to buy fresh local products to treat yourself and your family. Don't over-plan or over-book your diary especially weekends when you are meant to recharge !

Take also time for yourself : enjoy reading a book lying down on you bed / sofa or maybe outside if the sun is out :)

Allow you mind to wander and allow you creativity to blossom ...escape and dream 🌺
